Cancellation Policy

All cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to AsiaTEFL Treasurer at eunsook.shim@gmail.com (see 2020 AsiaTEFL Conference Registration Refund Request Form*
When a registration cancellation refund is approved by AsiaTEFL, the amount of the refund will be credited back to the credit card or bank you used to register for the Conference.
Participant is responsible for any credit card charges or relevant bank wire fee that may incur from the refund process.
All refund will be made within 30 days after the conference for administrative procedure.
Participant who fail to attend the Conference for personal reasons will not be able to claim refunds.

All cut-off dates are based on the local time.
