Section 1. Annual Business Meeting.
The date and time of the Annual Business Meeting of members shall be determined by the Executive Council.
Section 2. Quorum.
Fifty (50) members (or one-fourth of the total members, if membership is less than 200) shall constitute a quorum at the Annual Business Meeting. However, no more that fifty percent of the members constituting the minimal quorum may be from any one region.
Section 3. Voting.
Voting on any matter may be conducted among members gathered or by mail, email, or fax ballot for convenience.
