The Foundation Committee Chair shall serve as the Regional Representative of Korea prior to the selection of the President.
  b) President and Vice President. The President and Vice President shall be nominated and approved by the Regional Representatives and their names shall be presented to the membership for final approval at the first Annual Business Meeting, which the Founding President shall preside over.
  c) Executive Directors. There shall be eight Executive Directors: the 1) Conference, 2) Publication, 3) Membership, 4) Research, 5) Technologies, 6) Internal Affairs, 7) External Affairs, and 8) Financial Affairs Executive Directors. These Executive Directors shall be selected by a consensus of the Regional Representatives.
